Dr. Janet Warfield was chosen as an American Field Service exchange student to Berlin Germany, during the Cold War, when Berlin was an island in the middle of the Russian zone, surrounded by armed East Germans and Russians, ready to shoot and kill. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree from Swarthmore College and a Juris Doctor, cum laude degree from Rutgers School of Law–Camden before practicing law for 22 years in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Her personal growth journey later led her to train with renowned motivational and transformational leaders, including Matthew Fox, Andrew Harvey, Oscar Miro Quesada, Barbara Marx Hubbard, T. Harv Eker, Jean Houston, Joanna Macy, Carolyn Myss, Thomas Huebl, and Ken Wilber.
